These terms apply to lawful use of this storefront and purchase requests placed through it.

Website and product information

Users must not disrupt, probe, misuse, or unlawfully exploit the service. We work to keep descriptions, images, options, prices, and availability accurate, while reasonable display, packaging, or typographical differences may occur and errors may be corrected.

Orders, charges, and delivery

An order is an offer to buy and remains subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory, address review, taxes, and applicable shipping charges. Legitimate payment, fraud, availability, pricing, or fulfillment concerns may result in refusal or cancellation. Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

The Refund Policy accepts returns of defective and non-defective new goods and accepts exchanges. A non-defective product must be new, unused, and in original condition, with a request made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved mail returns use the free prepaid label included in the package and carry no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; posting can take longer.

Rights and assistance
