Refund Policy

This policy covers eligible returns, exchanges, and the timing of approved refunds.

Return eligibility

We accept returns of defective and non-defective new goods and accept exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item returned because of a changed mind, preference, or incorrect choice must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, and material description differences may also be reported. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Approval before mailing

Email yprabha414@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and requested resolution. Include clear photos or video for a product or delivery problem. Wait for approval before mailing anything; the approval message confirms the accurate return address and instructions. Our correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.

Mail return and included label

Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package. For an eligible approved request, follow the confirmed directions and use that enclosed label, so the customer does not pay the related label fee or return postage. If it is missing or lost, ask us for help. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchange and refund outcome

An exchange or replacement depends on review and available stock. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
